Four Seasons Hardwood Floors Corporation was founded in February 1997 in Rochester Hills, Michigan by Rob. J. Nani.

Managed by Rob Nani out of West Bloomfield, Mi office.

We have 20 employees/contractors with 6-8 crews available 6 days a week.

CUSTOMER PREPARATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As in-home hardwood flooring residential specialists, we rely on our years of expertise and knowledge gained through working with people in their homes to get the floor you want from the floor you have. We enter your home with courtesy and a helpful attitude. We will treat your home with care. Dust protection and containment are at the forefront of our operations. We work with you to ensure your wood flooring project is performed with as little inconvenience as possible to you. However, the customer is responsible for:

· Furniture removal and reset

· If requested, we will remove baseboards but are not responsible for painting or caulking of the baseboards

· Making alternative sleeping arrangements based on the level and type of the flooring project. This can aid in the efficient completion of the project and ensure your safety
